Important Dates

Claim Form Deadline
Monday, February 23, 2026
You must submit your Claim Form online on or before February 23, 2026, or mail your completed paper Claim Form so that it is postmarked on or before February 23, 2026.
Opt-Out Deadline
Monday, January 5, 2026
You must mail your completed opt-out request so that it is postmarked on or before January 5, 2026. Please note, however, that Settlement Class Members who (a) timely filed individual proofs of claim in the Bankruptcy Proceedings and (b) did not timely or validly opt out of the Settlement as part of the chapter 11 solicitation process, may no longer opt out by submitting an Opt-Out request.
Objection Deadline
Monday, January 5, 2026
You must mail your objection(s) and/or notice of intent to appear at the Final Approval Hearing so that it/they are postmarked on or before January 5, 2026.
Final Approval Hearing
Tuesday, January 20, 2026
The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for January 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CT. Please check this website for updates.
